RFID Hotel Return Policy
100% Product Guarantee
RFID Hotel stands behind the quality of its products. If an item is defective or there is a manufacturing fault, we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost.
Stock Item Returns
Customers may return stock, ready-made items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before shipping any items back to us. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of a production error or shipping damage caused by RFID Hotel.
Customized Item Returns
Customized, branded, or printed items cannot be returned except in cases where there is a manufacturing defect, the incorrect product was supplied, or the goods were damaged in shipping. In such cases, we will replace the affected items or issue a credit.

To request a return authorization, customers should contact our Customer Service team by phone at 888-249-3068 or by email at sales@rfidhotel.com. Please include the order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. All returns must include an RA number and be shipped to the address provided by our team.
